Privacy and Cookie Policy

In order to comply with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we hereby provide information about the rules of personal data processing and about all rights related to it.

1. The data controller of Your personal data is the Polish Pharmacological Society, 02-097 Warszawa, Banacha 1b str. (hereinafter referred to as PTF).
2. The representative of the controller who obtains and holds all personal data is the Polish Pharmacological Society, 02-097 Warszawa, Banacha 1b str E-mail: info@ptf.hekko24.pl; T: (+4822) 1166160.
3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose resulting from the legitimate interests of the Administrator, i.e. to prepare, carry out and undertake any post-completion activities related to the Congress (hereinafter referred to as the „Event”), the performance of which is one of the statutory objectives of the Association.
4. Your personal data may be transferred by the Administrator to persons providing services to the Association under civil law agreements.
5. Your personal data will not be transferred beyond the European Economic Area.
6. Personal data processing is to provide services covered by the contract, taking into account the highest standards of service, including communication with the participant before, during and after the Event.
7. Every participant has the right to access their personal data, correct it, withdraw at any time the agreement to communicate, request the limitation of the data processing, its removal, as well as its passing into oblivion. In addition, all participants have the right to transfer their personal data and receive a copy of the data processed by the PTF.
8. Each participant also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data if it is felt that the processing of the personal data violates applicable laws in this area.
9. Providing personal data contained in the application is voluntary, but it is necessary to carry out the contract of participation in the conference.
10. We embed a Facebook widget to allow you to see number of likes/shares/recommends and “like/share/recommend” our webpages. This widget may collect your IP address, your web browser User Agent, store and retrieve cookies on your browser, embed additional tracking, and monitor your interaction with the widget, including correlating your Facebook account with whatever action you take within the widget (such as “liking/sharing/recommending” our webpage), if you are logged in to Facebook. Zgodnie z art. 13 ust. 1 i 2 rozporządzenia Parlamentu Europejskiego i Rady (UE) 2016/679 z dnia 27 kwietnia 2016 r. w sprawie ochrony osób fizycznych w związku z przetwarzaniem danych osobowych i w sprawie swobodnego przepływu takich danych oraz uchylenia dyrektywy 95/46/WE (Dz. Urz. UE L 119/1 z 4.5.2016 r.), dalej RODO, informujemy, że:

1. Administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych zawartych w powyższym zgłoszeniu jest Polskie Towarzystwo Farmakologiczne z siedzibą w Warszawie, ul. Banacha 1b, 02-097 Warszawa (zwane dalej „Administratorem” lub „PTF”).
2. Z Administratorem danych można się skontaktować na adres e-mail info@ptf.hekko24.pl, telefonicznie pod numerem (+4822) 1166160 lub pisemnie na adres siedziby Administratora.
3. Pani/Pana dane osobowe będą przetwarzane do realizacji celu wynikającego z prawnie uzasadnionych interesów Administratora, tj. do przygotowania, przeprowadzenia oraz podjęcia wszelkich działań porealizacyjnych związanych z Zjazdem (zwanymi dalej „Wydarzeniem”), których przeprowadzenie stanowi jedno z celów statutowych Stowarzyszenia.
4. Pani/Pana dane osobowe mogą być przekazane przez Administratora: osobom świadczącym usługi na rzecz Stowarzyszenia na podstawie umów cywilnoprawnych,
5. Nie przekazujemy Pani/Pana danych osobowych poza Europejski Obszar Gospodarczy.
6. Pani/Pana dane osobowe przetwarzane przez okres potrzebny do przygotowania, przeprowadzenia Wydarzenia oraz podjęcia wszelkich działań porealizacyjnych związanych z wydarzeniem.
7. Posiada Pani/Pan prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych osobowych oraz prawo żądania ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania. W celu realizacji uprawnień proszę skorzystać z jednego z kanałów komunikacyjnych wymienionych w pkt. 2.
8. Przysługuje Pani/Panu również prawo wniesienia skargi do organu nadzorczego zajmującego się ochroną danych osobowych, gdy uzna Pani/Pan, że przetwarzanie Pani/Pana danych osobowych narusza obowiązujące przepisy w tym zakresie.
9. Podanie danych osobowych jest niezbędne do uczestniczenia w Wydarzeniu.
