Fees are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN), per person. Payments in other currencies will not be accepted

Travel and accommodation costs shall be paid at the Participants’ own expense.

REIMBURSEMENT

Reimbursement will be as follows:

  • before April 15, 2019 – 100% of paid fees minus the bank charges if applicable
  • after April 15, 2019 there will be no refunds of the registration fee unless the organizers are provided with a named replacement who will take on the registration.

Registration will also be possible on-site during the congress (Onsite registration fees apply).
